Start the morning with a Keurig coffee, then catch the shuttle from the main road across from Killington Center Suites. Studio 531 is a ground-floor condo with a queen bed and queen sofa bed in one open room. It sleeps up to four guests and has free parking on site.
Inside the studio
This 250-square-foot studio has a mini fridge, Keurig and microwave for drinks and snacks. There is no kitchen, and plates and utensils are not provided. The bathroom has a shower, and linens and towels are provided.
Put on a show using the smart TV's streaming services when you return for the evening. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning are available, along with a dedicated workspace.
Pool and getting around
The shared heated saltwater pool opens seasonally, from Memorial Day to mid-September, from 8 AM to 8 PM. Studio 531 has no private outdoor space, balcony or patio.
The shuttle runs hourly from the main road across from the complex. Killington's Snowshed Base is approximately 2.9 miles away, and Pico Mountain is about 3.2 miles away. Gifford Woods State Park is approximately 1.8 miles away, and Killington Golf Course is about 3 miles away.
Before you book
The primary renter must be at least 25. Pets are not allowed, and a signed rental agreement is required. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property, including entryways. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Minut noise-level monitoring is used at the property. A camera is in the condo entryway, outside the living areas.
Check-in uses a smart lock. Your unique code appears in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in. All-wheel drive and winter tires are recommended for winter travel.
Water information
The building's regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
