Trailside Village 1 in Killington - Killington

Warm up by the wood-burning stove or take time in your private cedar sauna at Trailside Village 1. Firewood is supplied at this one-bedroom Killington condo for up to four guests. Ski-in/ski-out access uses Great Eastern only when the trail is open.

The bedroom has a king bed, and the living room has two sofa beds. There is one full bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Stairs lead down from the entrance to the condo.

The full kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and toaster. Sit down for meals at the dining table, or cook on the private gas grill outside. The washer and dryer are inside the condo.

The private deck faces the mountain setting. Hot-tub use is included on peak-season weekends from late December to mid-March. Outside those included weekends, use is optional and requires a $195 setup fee. Arrange setup with the management team for your dates. The backyard is shared and is not fully fenced.

Wi-Fi, heating and portable fans are provided. There is no air conditioning or cable TV. Free driveway and street parking are available; follow the property-specific parking instructions. Other paid resort services are not included.

Children and infants are welcome. Up to two dogs may stay for $200 per dog per stay. The primary renter must be at least 25 and sign the rental agreement. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Exterior cameras are capable of recording. There are no cameras in the living areas. Check in from 5 PM to 11 PM with the smart lock and check out before 10 AM. Your reservation-specific code is available in the Digital Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
