This is a true mountain getaway, and part of the experience includes the road up to the cabin! The short drive does have some steep, winding sections. As it was paved over a decade ago, there is some wear. Please drive slowly and with caution.
While the drive can be intimidating for those unfamiliar with mountain roads, a variety of vehicles including coupes, sedans, minivans, and SUVs (not all of them AWD) have successfully navigated the road.
AWD is recommended during icy conditions and snow.
Linens, décor, furnishing, and other household items may vary from the photos, as things naturally wear out and are replaced over time.
