Townhouse at the Regal Palms resort near Disney - Davenport

We fell in love with the resort as soon as we saw the magnificent heated lazy river, the heated pool and Jacuzzi. Our son did test out the lazy river, waterslide and pool and wholeheartedly recommends the facilities. What better than coming back from the Parks and relax in the sun lounger next to the resort pool while the children (and possibly you) enjoy the waterslide and lazy river. Tiki bar and restaurant are located near the pool. Our house is within easy walking distance from the clubhouse and facilities.

The resort has a kid's fun zone, which includes an indoor playground with bridges, tunnels, crawls and decks, and an arcade.

Our air conditioned two-story executive townhouse includes all the facilities that you will need during your stay. Towels, bed linen, cutlery, glasses, plates, kitchen utensils etc are provided (a starter pack of soap, toilet paper, dishwasher liquid will be provided). Washing machine liquid will be provided.

We have installed a ceiling fan with integrated lighting in the living room and all bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite. The whole ground floor is tiled and the upstairs master bedroom has a laminate floor.

The two en-suite bedrooms have either a king (upstairs bedroom) or queen size (downstairs bedroom) 14" Hampton and Rhodes Premont luxury pillow top mattress. The other bedrooms have 2 x 2 twin beds - the kids will love the Star Wars and the American themed bedrooms.

The house has cable television in all rooms, a 55” TV in the living room and a 19” TV in all bedrooms. A stroller and high chair is available for your use and we have left a selection of family games, children's books and toys in the house. A foldable play pen/crib is available at no extra charge.

The dining table seats 6 people. A further 2 stools are available at the breakfast bar.

Free WiFi internet is available in the house, all you will need to bring is your laptop/tablet. In addition, free WiFi is also available at the clubhouse/pool area.

A Publix supermarket is located within 2 minutes and a Super Centre Wall Mart supermarket is located within 5 minutes drive.

There is so much to do around the Orlando area, one vacation will not be enough!. We have been visiting Florida for a number of years and are still exploring new attractions. We are passionate about Florida and if you need any information, specifically about fishing or hunting, please ask as we, most probably, will be able to give you some ideas. The advert is just not long enough!

There is a minimum stay of 4 nights throughout the year. A $250 damage deposit or damage insurance will be required for all bookings.

For hygiene reasons, kitchen condiments are not provided.
