From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like you’ve entered your own private beach retreat. Towering palms, koi ponds, and waterfalls surround you as you stroll through the tropical gardens toward Building C (located in the middle for convenience and easy access). Inside, our home welcomes you with airy vaulted ceilings, stylish coastal décor, and spaces designed to unwind, reconnect, and recharge.
The Space

The open living area invites you to sink into plush seating, stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply listen to the waves in the background. Open patio door or windows for some natural light and ocean breezes.
Gourmet Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need: stainless-steel appliances, coffee station, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, and serving pieces. Whether you’re blending smoothies for the beach or hosting a family dinner, it’s all here.
Dining & Gathering – A table for four (or extended it and add 2 extra chairs) plus breakfast-bar seating for two keeps everyone connected during meals or game night.
Primary Loft Suite – Upstairs, the semi-private loft features a California King bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, dresser space, and a balcony perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine.
A walk-in closet has been converted into a flex workspace or baby room, complete with desk, chair for quick light work—or space for a pack-and-play.
Lower-Level Bedroom – Serene retreat with Queen bed, blackout curtains, and spacious double closets stocked with extra linens, blankets, steamer, and beach towels.
Bathrooms – Two full baths (one upstairs, one down) each stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and thoughtful touches.
Extras – Fast Wi-Fi, convenient USB charging outlets, ceiling fans throughout, wall heaters for cool evenings, and two furnished balconies for fresh coastal air.
Please note: Condo it not equipped with air conditioners so multiple fans including ceiling fans are located throughout for comfort.

Parking & Access

Guests have full access to everything at Cozy Shell Villa and throughout North Coast Village:

Check-In:
- Check in through the North Coast Village Front Desk (located in the middle of the complex).
- The front desk will provide your key fob, complex key, parking pass, and map.
- Office hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (closed 12–12:30 p.m. for lunch)
- After-hours arrivals: Go to the Patrol/Security Office near the visitor parking lot — they’re open 24/7 and will have your packet ready.
Finding the Unit:
- Enter through the Dolphin Cove entrance and follow signs to Building C.
- Park in your assigned spot #5-43.
- Take the elevator to our unit located in C building level 3.
- Enter using your provided door code or key.
Check-Out:
- Return all fobs, keys, and passes to the front desk or leave inside the villa as directed.
- Late check-outs must be approved in advance. Charges will apply for late check out that have not been approved.

Driving Directions
- From I-5 South (from Orange County/LA):
- Take Exit 54B for Mission Avenue West toward the beach. Continue straight for about 1.2 miles, then turn right on N Pacific Street. North Coast Village will be on your left.
From I-5 North (from San Diego):
- Take Exit 54C for Harbor Drive, turn left toward the Oceanside Harbor, then right on N Pacific Street. Follow along the beach to North Coast Village on your right.
Once you’re here, everything is walkable or bikeable:
- Oceanside Pier – 10 min walk south
- Harbor Village – 8 min walk north
- Downtown Oceanside – 12 min walk east
- Coffee shops, dining, and the Thursday Night Market are all within a few blocks
- Electric scooters, e-bikes, and surfboard rentals are available nearby for easy local exploring.
Public Transit: Oceanside is one of the most accessible coastal towns in Southern California:
- Oceanside Transit Center (Amtrak, Coaster, Metrolink) – 0.6 miles away
- Coaster Train connects to San Diego, Encinitas, Solana Beach, and Carlsbad
- Metrolink connects to Orange County and Los Angeles
- Local buses and rideshares are available year-round
- Many guests love arriving by train and walking or biking the short distance along Pacific Street to North Coast Village — no car required!
Parking tips:
- Assigned Space: #5-43 in Dolphin Cove garage (fits standard-size vehicles)
- Garage Height Limit: 6’6”
- Visitor Parking: Available near the front desk (short-term only)
- Overflow Parking: Paid public lot adjacent to North Coast Village ($5/day or free overnight)
- Please display your parking pass at all times to avoid towing by HOA patrol.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (including children)

- Fireplaces: Some have a turn off seasonally (June–Nov) per HOA policy.
