It's freshly remodeled! Full kitchen, new furniture will make you feel right at home. Just steps away from the immaculate Grand Boulevard Publix, shops and restaurants. It’s a 5 min drive to Emerald coast beautiful beaches. Located in Point of View, includes access to pool and gym ample parking right in front of you Condo. High speed Wi-Fi. 3 golf courses within miles reach. Easy access to Destin, Miramar, Santa rosa and the affluent 30A. Very quiet hidden gem tucked behind Grand Boulevard.
Our condo has a full kitchen. One private bedroom with a celling fan with a queen bed and smart TV. The separate living room features a queen size sleeper sofa with a 55’ smart TV. Super fast Wi-Fi great for video conference calls and all TV’s have free streaming YouTubeTV service. In the closet there are extra set of linens, pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and cook. Also available is a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, glassware, utensils. Hair dryer, and Iron. Very convenient parking is right in front of the condo in a open parking lot. It's located directly behind Grand Boulevard 5 star shops and restaurants just a few steps away.

It's on the 3rd floor, so two flights of interior air-conditioned stairs
