Our condo has a well equipped full kitchen. One bedroom with a queen bed with a 42” smart TV. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa with a 55’ smart TV. Super fast Wi-Fi great for video conference calls and all TV’s have free YouTube TV service. In the closet there are extra set of linens, pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and cook. Also available is a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, glassware, utensils. Hair dryer, and Iron.

Absolute perfect location it is directly behind the Grand Boulevard which includes many restaurants, shopping and a Publix all just a short walk. Free parking and just minutes from the beach.
The Condo is in building 6 which is the last one on the left as you drive straight to the end of Point of View condominiums. Parking is right in front of the condo. It is on the 3rd floor so two flights of interior carpeted stairs. Grocery stores, restaurant's all within short walking distance. Kitchen is ready for you to cook up some delicious food if you prefer to save some money.
