Our quiet neighborhood is tucked away in South Sarasota. There is a Publix grocery store just down the street (3 min drive) for anything you may need. Make sure to look at the House Manual for all of our favorite recommendations to eat like an SRQ local!

This home is located near a city bus stop. Traffic to Siesta Key Beach (3miles) is heaviest 9 am-11 am. Quick 7 min drive to downtown Sarasota! We also have bikes you're able to use on-site! Biking distance to experience all Sarasota has to offer, like a local!

This is a shared property and there is a total of two tiny houses on the island.

Dark sky compliant property. Although can be dim we have properly lite amenities areas. This helps with the wildlife around and most importantly to see more stars at night!
