Our quiet neighborhood is tucked away in South Sarasota. There is a Publix grocery store just down the street (3 min drive) for anything you may need. Make sure to look at the House Manual for all of our favorite recommendations to eat like an SRQ local!

This home is located near a city bus stop. Traffic to Siesta Beach (3miles) is heaviest 9am-11am. Quick 7 min drive to downtown Sarasota!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

This is a shared property and there is a total of two tiny houses on the island.

Dark sky compliant property. Although can be dim we have properly lite amenities areas. This helps with the wildlife around and most importantly to see more stars at night!
