DOCK & BOATING:
The private dock can comfortably accommodate a boat up to approximately 40 feet. Water and power are available at the dock for guest use.

The boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are responsible for confirming that their boat is suitable for the dock and surrounding waterways, including clearance, water depth, tides and current conditions.

If you need to launch your boat, Monroe Canal Marina has a nearby boat ramp. Boat trailer parking is available at the house.
