The Washington Loft has been modeled to create a space that feels refined, inviting, and effortlessly comfortable. Oversized windows and original proportions are a reminder of the building’s rich history, while the interior has been updated for today’s traveler. Natural light fills the home, complemented by views of Lookout Mountain.

The home features two queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, high speed WiFi, and two smart TVs. Every detail has been intentionally selected to create a stay that is both comfortable and memorable.

A parking pass is provided for the nearby parking garage, allowing you to arrive, settle in, and experience Golden on foot from the moment you check in.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire residence during their stay.

Historic downtown Golden is a welcoming, walkable neighborhood where local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, boutique shops, and Clear Creek are all within a few minutes on foot. The area is lively during the day, relaxed in the evening, and a great home base for exploring Golden, Red Rocks, Denver, and the Rocky Mountains.

The property’s central location makes it easy to enjoy the best of Golden on foot. For trips to Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Rocky Mountains, or downtown Denver, you’ll find each just a short drive away.

Please note that The Washington Loft is located on the second floor of a historic building and is accessible by stairs only. A parking pass is provided for the nearby parking garage for the duration of your stay. While the residence is located in the heart of downtown, oversized insulated windows provide excellent sound insulation, creating a quiet and comfortable interior. In accordance with local regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or within downtown Golden.
