The space
Welcome to your home away from home in Navarre! This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and was set up with families AND four-legged family members in mind. With a fully fenced backyard, no carpet, tons of pet extras, beach gear, games for all ages, and plenty of room to spread out, you can pack a little lighter and enjoy your vacation!

🏡 THE SPACE

Our newer home offers a clean, comfortable, and spacious layout perfect for families, groups, and guests traveling with pets.

The home features vinyl plank flooring throughout — absolutely no carpet! The open living area provides plenty of room to relax together after a day at the beach.

🍽️ The dining table comfortably seats 6, plus there are 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen counter, giving your entire group a place to eat and gather.

📺 Smart TVs are provided in every bedroom and the main living area, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows or movies.

You’ll also find large closets throughout the home, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 2 full bathrooms.

🔥 GRILL USE

We provide a small charcoal grill. For safety, do not move the grill toward’s the house and do not leave the grill unattended while in use. Please ensure no food is left on the ground or on the grill’s side tables, as this can attract unwanted bugs.

☣️ BIOHAZARD WASTE POLICY
For the safety and well-being of all guests and cleaning staff, any biohazard waste left in the property—including but not limited to bodily fluids such as vomit, urine, blood, or feces—will incur a $500 penalty fee. This fee covers the specialized cleaning, sanitization, and restoration required to bring the property back to standard.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home of any kind. Violating this rule will incur a $1,000 fee.

🌬️ ODOR POLICY
A $300 to $1,000 fee may be charged for any lingering odors that require additional cleaning or remediation.

🎣 FISH & SEAFOOD POLICY
No cleaning or processing fish or sea animals inside the home. Violating this rule will incur a $500 fee.

Please Note: Our home is located near Hurlburt Field and Eglin Air Force Base. As part of normal military operations, you may occasionally hear aircraft, training exercises, or other sounds associated with base activity, including during the evening. While these sounds are outside of our control, many guests find them to be infrequent and simply part of the unique character of staying in this beautiful military community.

Guest access
The garage is locked due to owners personal belongings being stored. The linen closet is locked for the housekeeping team’s supplies.
