Join us at Okie A for a cozy retreat! Nestled in Hochatown (or Broken Bow), OK, this chic A-frame cabin is surrounded by 1.5 acres of lush trees, offering privacy and tranquility.

As soon as you arrive, a spacious circular driveway welcomes you, with plenty of room for parking. The entrance opens to a vast deck with stunning views and inviting chairs. Inside, the cabin boasts high ceilings and an airy atmosphere, highlighted by a striking stone fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and large windows that bathe the interior in light. A modern metal staircase adds a contemporary touch.

Every piece of furniture and decor, selected by a professional designer, elevates the space to luxury hotel standards.

The main floor features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, its own bathroom, and access to the back porch. The kitchen is ready for any culinary challenge, complete with a pantry, laundry facilities, and all the essentials.

Outside, the deck offers a fireplace with a TV overhead, comfortable outdoor furniture, a covered hot tub, and a no-hassle gas grill.

Up the stylish staircase, a loft awaits with a 55-inch TV, air hockey, and cozy seating. An additional bedroom with queen bunk beds, another large TV, and a private bathroom can also be found here.

The kitchen accommodates 12 for dining, and an outdoor table on the back deck seats 8, perfect for gatherings.

A fire pit, hammock swing, cornhole, and enchanting string lights create an idyllic outdoor setting.

Welcome to the captivating region of SE Oklahoma, a destination renowned for its natural beauty and splendor, drawing visitors from all corners of the South throughout the year. While many refer to this area as "Broken Bow," it is within the charming town of Hochatown where our cabins reside. Hochatown is a small town bursting with boundless excitement and adventure, where the art of glamping reigns supreme.

Immerse yourself in the wonders of Hochatown, where opportunities for outdoor exploration abound. Embark on exhilarating hikes through the breathtaking Kiamichi Forest, with trailheads just a short drive from the cabin area. Delight in the thrill of boating on the pristine waters of Broken Bow Lake, discovering hidden coves and picturesque vistas. Indulge in the allure of the region's wineries, uncovering new flavors and experiences. Plus, Hochatown offers an array of captivating attractions to discover and enjoy.

♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination.

◆ Property's House and Security Rules ◆

Maximum Occupancy: 10, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

No pets allowed

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:

No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 21 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.

Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
