The Hidden Cottage-NoCleaningFee-4m to I95 - Fayetteville

Whether you are driving north/south or south/north we are the perfect stopover on your I-95 trip! We aim to provide you with a clean, safe, cozy, comfortable and welcoming place where you can either spend one night on a travel stopover or several nights if the Fayetteville/Ft. Bragg area is your destination.

Our space is private, easily accessible (all on one level; no steps on the property anywhere), kid, pet & EV friendly and conveniently located!

The cottage is on a quiet street, nestled behind two other houses (not visible from the street and there is no street noise). Private parking is directly in front of the front door.

The space is open plan, light and bright, welcoming and friendly. It sleeps 6 very comfortably (we allow up to 8). There is seating, dish- and flatware enough for everyone!

SLEEPING:

Bedroom 1: One queen bed

Bedroom 2: One queen bed, one single foldout, 1 Pac-n-Play

Other: Futon (folds out to a full size bed), Flip Chair (opens to a single bed), queen sized air matress.

PETS: We do not charge a pet fee; please let us know if you are traveling with a pet before you book. We'd like to know what kind of pet, size/weight and breed.

PARKING: You can park as many vehicles as will fit on the concrete pad inside the gate- 2 or even 3 will fit easily (depending on the size of the vehicle). If you are driving a very large vehicle like a moving truck or a vehicle with a trailer, we can accommodate you as well. Please message us for details.

EV charging: You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle at our cottage free of charge. There is a dedicated EV charger (Siemens VersiCharge Universal). - see photos

CHECKOUT: No lengthy list of time consuming checkout tasks!

If you prefer a relaxing day at home, the house offers an open plan, where you can read, watch TV and/or a movie, play board games or just visit. When the weather is nice (most of the time in this area of North Carolina) you can enjoy the outdoor seating or take your meals at the picnic table.

Our newest updates include a TV in each bedroom (wall mounted for safety) as well as one in the living room.

For your safety, there is a security camera installed on the oustide; it covers the exterior doors and part of the parking area.

**Covid-19: We have a heightened cleaning protocol, however please note that guests travel at their own risk and cancellation policy remains in effect.**

Please note that North Carolina's climate is hot and humid in the summer and cold (-ish) in the winter. Because the cottage is all on one level, the occasional gecko, spider, water bug, ant, or centipede may find itself into the dwelling even though we have the space treated regularly.
