This large studio is fully equipped with a full kitchen including a full size electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. A large walk in closet, equipped with a safe, linens along with a luxurious bath with a fully enclosed glass shower. LED lighting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and ROKU LED Television are included. In addition, a nice desk area is also available. Dog Friendly.

There is a queen sized bed with the softest linens known to man in addition to an inside seating area and an outside upper level deck. The outside upper level deck has comfortable seating and an umbrella for shade.

Additional seating is available on the lower patio level. Access to the ground level laundry and a full outside bathhouse is included as well as private access to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach. All windows have rolling shutters, and the Guest House is fully alarmed with your own keypad panel along with a video intercom and door bell.

Parking for one car available inside the gated drive. Full automatic generator backup is included along with regular maid service.
