One of only 12 units in the development, it offers quiet and comfortable surroundings, and the ocean just footsteps away in Dutch St. Maarten.

The large deck has a shared pool and Jacuzzi, and a gated path to Simpson beach. The main road through Simpson Bay is just a few minutes walk away, offering restaurants and shops for your convenience.
