You made it! We’re so glad you’re here at our little slice of paradise on Navarre Beach. Some folks call it the Emerald Coast. Others call it the Redneck Riviera. A few eccentric souls call it Maurice. We just call it “The Great Beach Escape”—because that’s exactly what it is!

Sunrise, Sunset… Repeat!
Start your day with a sunrise that’ll make your coffee jealous. End it with a sunset so gorgeous you’ll want to write poetry (or at least post on Instagram). Grab your favorite drink, kick back, and soak it all in.

Hi! We’re Trey and Kathy Trosclair—professional beach lovers since 2016. We LOVE to travel, scuba dive, and meet new friends (that’s you!). Follow us on IG & FB @thegreatbeachescape and tag us in your pics—we live for those beach shots!

We live in Houston, Texas full-time, but Navarre Beach is our happy place. When we’re not underwater, we’re planning our next adventure or working on fun projects.
Fun fact: Navarre Beach stole my heart years ago thanks to my beautiful friend [Removed] It’s been true love ever since.

About the Home
Picture this: pristine sugar-white sand, crystal-clear blue water, and the longest fishing pier on the Gulf—all right outside your window. Our condo is GULF FRONT, baby!
Here’s what you get:

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms – Tastefully decorated and fully furnished
1522 sq. ft. of space – Plenty of room to stretch out
9’ ceilings & tiled floors – Because luxury matters
30’ x 8’ balcony – Your front-row seat to paradise

We’re perched on the 6th floor, east end unit for extra views. Four high-speed elevators make life easy (or take the stairs if you’re feeling sporty—my son loves it for burning off energy).

Primary Bedroom
King-size bed + floor-to-ceiling Gulf views = pure bliss. Two sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony. Luxury mattress and soft sheets? Yes, please.
Primary Ensuite: Jetted tub/shower combo for soaking away your worries. (Bathroom upgrades coming soon—stay tuned!)

Second Bedroom
Two queen beds with views of Santa Rosa Sound. Bonus: The second bathroom connects here and also has a hallway entrance.

Kitchen Goals
Fully equipped, all-electric kitchen with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, and glass-top stove. Plus, a killer view east over Navarre Beach while you wash dishes (or just pretend to). Dining table seats six with Gulf views.

Fun Fact
Did you know much of Jaws 2 was filmed right here at Navarre Beach? Yep, the hotel scenes were shot at the old Holiday Inn (RIP, thanks Hurricane Ivan). Today, Springhill Suites stands in its place.
