Park directly outside your unit and find the Villa which features a bedroom with king bed, bedding and linens and attached bath. A washer/dryer is in the unit as well. Prepare home-cooked meals in the unit’s bright fully equipped kitchen. The relaxing living room with beach inspired furnishing with an ottoman that folds out to a TWIN. A ROKU stick provides access to YouTube TV on both TV's or log into your account via other APPS loaded on the stick and wi-fi for your other communication needs. Open the slider to the enclosed patio where you can enjoy morning coffee, unwind, read a book or watch golfers tee off from Byrd #10 as well as see their final approach to the green with binoculars provided!

The unit includes a lock out Mini Suite which has 2 queen beds, bath, TV, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/k-cup coffee maker) dining and sitting area. If you only need the space provided by either the Villa or Mini Suite please send message for associated rates and availability.

The private Champions community pool open May - October is only a few steps across the parking lot during the summer months.

Sea Trail is home to 3 championship courses, driving range and practice area. Other nearby courses- The Pearl, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Thistle and River Edge plus many more are within 10 miles. Sunset Beach has local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops as well! The Ingram Planetarium is a wonderful educational opportunity for a family outing

Beautiful Sunset Beach is less than 3 miles away, voted the 4th best beach in the world by National Geographic is brimming with wildlife, birds, sea turtle nests and has a great fishing pier. Stroll 2 miles west on the beach to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox, jot a message, dream or wish in the mailbox that is always stocked with notebooks. There is a grocery store less than 2 miles away and 1 mile to inter-costal water way boat launch.

Venture a few miles to the south and find many great seafood restaurants in Calabash, a bit further south Little River for fishing excursions or a day off-shore on one of the 2 casino ships and in 10 miles find the hustle and bustle of all that Myrtle Beach offers, Tanger outlets, theaters, water parks, and don’t forget Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing.

Purchase a weekly pass for a nominal fee to the Sea Trail Village Activity Center. Included at the VAC is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room. There is also a restaurant and Tiki bar there!
