Welcome to the Tellico Tuckaway, a 3-level, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked onto almost half an acre of private woods in Tellico Village.

BEDROOMS
• Master suite: king bed and a 42" Roku TV
• Bedroom 2: king bed - Roku TV
• Bedroom 3: king bed - Roku TV
• Bedroom 4: two Twin XL beds. This room is reached through the master suite, so it's perfect for kids or a family traveling together.

LIVING SPACES
• Living room: comfortable seating, a 58" Roku TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy nights
• Kitchen: fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes, plus a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and a Keurig
• Dining: a table that seats 6
• Workspace: a dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair and fast WiFi for remote work or online school

WALKOUT BASEMENT
• Partially finished game area with a ping pong table, plus board and card games
• New washer and dryer for longer stays on the main floor.

OUTDOORS
• Large covered deck, great for morning coffee while deer, fox, and wild turkey wander through

GOOD TO KNOW
• The home is spread over 3 levels with stairs. Baby gates are available.
• Tellico Lake, the dog park, and the Yacht Club are about 1/8 mile away.
• The garage is locked and isn't available to guests.
• One approved dog is welcome (pet fee applies).

The entire home is yours during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, coffee bar, dining area, workspace, and the walkout basement with the ping pong table and laundry.

Outside, enjoy the covered deck, private hot tub, fire pit, and the wooded yard. Park on the upper curved driveway or the lower driveway by the garage.

The only off-limits area is the garage, owners closets (one upstairs top floor and one downstairs in the basement; which all of them stay locked for owner storage and equipment.

Tellico Village amenities like golf, pools, and fitness centers are available for an extra fee and have their own rules. Just ask us if you'd like details.

A few things to know before you book:

• Stairs: the home is spread over 3 levels, so it may not suit guests who have trouble with stairs. Baby gates are available.
• Bedroom 4 (two Twin XL beds) is reached through the master suite, so it works best for kids or a family traveling together.
• Max 8 people on the property at any time, including children, infants, and visitors. This is our Tellico Village permit limit.
• The person booking must be 25 or older and stay at the home.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside. Smoking is allowed outdoors by the fire pit.
• One dog is welcome with approval before arrival (pet fee applies). Service animals are always welcome.
• Hot tub: children must be 10 or older and supervised by an adult.
• We're in the woods! Expect wildlife, birds, and the occasional bug. Black bears sometimes pass through.
• Construction is common in Tellico Village, so you may hear daytime work nearby.
• For your safety, there are 4 exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home.
• The lower driveway is steep and can get slick in winter weather.
• On very cold days, the heat pumps may keep the house a little under 70°F. Extra blankets are provided.
• Bring your own firewood for the fire pit.
• We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee). For longer stays, the grocery store in Tellico Village has anything else you need.
