Explore all that Mount Dora has to offer while in a relaxing and stylish space with pops of Florida sunshine and water colors. Your house is attached to another which is rented full time. Although attached you'll feel perfectly secluded. A little over a mile from downtown and only 1/3 of a mile from local restaurants, it's super walkable. The unit includes two work spaces, a coffee bar and outside patio! You'll love coming back to this cozy "Mount Dorable" space. (Window coverings coming soon).
We have a king bedroom, and a queen bedroom.
Both are comfortable and cozy. We have a spacious living space with dining area. There is a workspace in both the living room, as well as one in the master bedroom. Everything is brand new and updated so you can fully enjoy your stay!

Our property is within walking distance to nearby restaurants (less than .5 miles) and downtown (1.2 miles). The easiest way to get around is via bike or car. There is a bike trail nearby as well.

Check In: 3PM - 11PM

Guests will receive a four digit code to access the unit. This code will be the last four digits of the phone number on file.

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

This is a quiet neighborhood and we have full time renters next door that work late hours and sleep. We would like to minimize loud noises. This is why we require guests be 21+. We also don't allow pets or young children.

Maximum occupancy: 4

We request that no more than 4 guests stay onsite. We do make exceptions from time to time with use of the sofa but permission must be gained ahead of time.

House Rules

The owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. Additionally, the owner is not accountable for the loss or theft of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with their use of the premises, including risks to their invitees. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred to the property during their stay. We expect guests to show consideration towards our neighbors. Smoking, vaping, and the use of candles, incense, or plug-in air fresheners are strictly prohibited in our home. Violation of this policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these house rules.

Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full prior to arrival. Deposit must be made within 48 hours of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 10 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Full refund of $200 security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after checkout as home is in same condition upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We request that longer term stay guests not cancel within 30 days. Exceptions can be made. Please message the host if you have questions.

Notes

Please note that our full-time renters have odd work hours and go to bed early. We just ask that you respect that and not play loud music after 8 PM.
