This booking combines 2 of our vibrant fun themed vacation units. The 1st floor Hawaiian themed Aloha unit and our 2nd floor African themed Jefforeys Bay unit. While not inter leading they are perfect for the family weekend getaway or just escaping the cold. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen to whip up a quick meal, so whether relaxing on the comfy sectional sofa to watch TV or just sitting around the table with your family and friends enjoying a glass of wine under the candle light . You will relax and feel like you are on vacation.
So whether you are working on your tan or taking long walks on the beach, this is Florida fun at its finest. After a long fun day at the beach, cool off or wash the sand off your toes under the outdoor shower.
As the evening sets in, it is time to break out the grill and enjoy a barbecue in the the yard with its perfectly lit and calm outdoor lighting Sit outside and dine with friends around the large picnic table, all why enjoying the great Florida evenings. After a long fun filled day, all asleep on a comfy memory foam mattress as you dream of all the fun to be had tomorrow in Sunset Beach .

We’re excited to welcome you and your furry friends to our apartment. As pet lovers ourselves, we understand how important it is to have your pets with you when you travel. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, including your neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind:

--> Respect for Other Guests and the Property: Our apartment is part of a multifamily building, so it's important to be mindful of other guests. Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Remember, some neighbors may have allergies, could be afraid of dogs, or have small children.

--> Clean Up After Your Pet: Please use the designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet. If any pet waste is left unattended, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Lint Rollers and Pet Hair: If your pet sheds, we recommend bringing a lint roller to manage pet hair, especially if your pet will be on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding.

--> Leash and Control: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets.

--> Noise and Behavior: We ask that you prevent your pet from barking excessively or displaying aggressive behavior. If we receive complaints about noise or aggression, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.

--> Monitoring and Compliance: Please be aware that we have outdoor cameras in place for security and compliance. If any of the pet rules are broken or If there are pets not listed on the reservation, additional fees or fines may be imposed, and we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.

It is of course renown for its spectacular sunsets. Gather along the beach in the evening with locals and vacationers to say goodbye to another idealic day as the sunsets over the ocean.and no shortage of things to see and do. So whether its swimming, boating, or picnicking with the family, come and join us on Sunset Beach. If your idea is listening to some live music while enjoying a cocktail, we have that too. Sunset Beach, welcome to our little piece of paradise.

Sunset Beach is easy walk able, but for those arriving by car will not have to travel far to enjoy the sites of Sunset Beach.
Taxi service and Uber/ Lyft available in just minutes there is also the Beach Trolley and city bus that can take you anywhere on the island from Dunedin all the way down to Pass-a-grille beach with connections available to the mainland. . Caddies offers free beach chairs and umbrellas for our guests to use for a small tip.

In our beautiful state, especially during the summer months, encountering pests like mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards is a common and natural part of the environment. This is not a cause for concern or panic and does not constitute a reason for a refund.

Rest assured that all of our properties are serviced monthly by professional pest control companies to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. In fact, if you do happen to see a dead bug, it’s a good sign that the pest control is doing its job!

We can confidently assure you that our units are extremely clean and meticulously cared for, and there are no infestations. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care.
