Sunset Retreat - Destin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. When you enter the home, you are greeted by a wide open floor plan with a beautiful view to the backyard with top of the line kitchen appliances. Use the 6 seat golf cart to travel throughout Sandestin Resort and adjoining Grand Boulevard shopping plaza. Golf cart to tennis and pickleball courts and to Baytowne Wharf with outPlay golf at one of the resorts 4 courses, or take advantage of the resort swimming pools, pickleball & tennis courts.

There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two queens beds. There is also a 1/2 bath in the hallway accessed via a pocket door. The home is one of the few in Sandestin with a gas cooktop and stove, and is open to the living area so you never feel like you’re missing out on the action. Relax on the back patio, and enjoy the peace and quiet while looking over the pond and taking in the beautiful sunsets. Never worry about running out of propane as the patio grill runs on natural gas. There is also a tankless hot water heater so no need to time showers. You won’t run out of hot water.

The entire home is available to use except for the outdoor owner’s closet, and part of the pantry that is locked.
