"Blue Birdie" is disability and child-friendly. It is situated with no steps leading to the front door - there are no steps to be climbed to move about the house on the main floor (which includes 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms).

THIS HOUSE IS JUST UPDATED WITH NEW FLOORING, APPLIANCES, FURNITURE, DECOR, AND LINENS!

There is a king-sized bed in the huge, 2nd floor master bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course out the back window and off the deck. The master bedroom has exclusive access to the sunny deck and has a double-sink, private bathroom. The master suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

A queen bed is in the first-floor master suite with a sliding glass door to the back patio. There is an attached full bathroom (with a walk-in shower).

Two double bunked beds make up the large guest room on the main floor and is just around the corner from the third full bathroom. The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home!

Each bedroom has a brand new ROKU smart TV and is ready for streaming!

The living room has a large sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room also has a Roku/smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Blue Birdie."

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen with granite countertops, a tile backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances, and a stand-alone ice maker (yes, the ice maker IS exciting!). The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available as well as a traditional coffee maker.

There is a full size washer (extra large) and dryer in the hall closet with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Blue Birdie" is super fun! A patio spans the backside of the house complete with a dining table (seats 6), an additional seating area, and a full-sized grill. The backyard is the gorgeous Links golf course. The sunsets are truly spectacular, giving you a private sunset view each and every night from the patio or the upstairs deck off the master suite. The patio off the kitchen has an outdoor foosball table and rocking chairs. So much fun!

"Blue Birdie" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All of the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door!

We will send you a link to our proprietary online guidebook after you book with us. This guidebook was 100% compiled by us, your hosts, and includes 15 main sections of information, 53 sub-sections of content, 45+ activity suggestions, and 50 dining recommendations. We compiled the information in our guidebook from our own experiences, recommendations of our prior guests, and input from Sandestin® Resort locals. The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their young family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including the brand new golf cart, a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, power stations on each nightstand, brand new appliances, high-end bathroom amenities, beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.

* This property gets regular pest treatment as part of the HOA.

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a security doorbell and cameras outside the home that record video and audio of those entering the home from all doors. There are no devices inside of the home.

* Golf cart keys and propane for the grill and firepit will be left out for guests after liability waivers are signed and returned
