The entire property is rented to one group, so you will have exclusive use of both levels, the backyard, pool, hot tub, and all other amenities. The two levels have separate exterior entrances and are not connected from inside, making the layout especially convenient for multiple families, extended families, golf groups, reunions, and friends traveling together. The property is never shared with another group during your stay.

The downstairs level features three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining areas. The upstairs level offers three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second fully equipped kitchen, and its own living and dining spaces. This unique arrangement gives everyone plenty of room to gather while also providing added space and privacy.

This is a private residential home in a quiet neighborhood, not an event space. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM, exterior cameras monitor the property perimeter. Unauthorized parties or gatherings are grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
