Summit View at Pico | Condo with Private Balcony - Killington

The queen bedroom opens onto a private balcony at Summit View at Pico, so you can take in the mountain views before starting your day. This fourth-floor condo is in Building D at Village Square at Pico. It has one bedroom and a living-room sofa bed, with space for up to four guests.

Inside the condo

The queen bed sleeps two, and the sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Make breakfast in the full kitchen and take a seat at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and air fryer. The living room has a fireplace and television. Wi-Fi is included; cable TV service is not.

Building and recreation

You have private use of the condo and balcony. Building common areas and the parking lot are shared. Ski storage and onsite EV charging are available; follow your property instructions for their use.

Pico Sports Center sells day passes for its pool and gym. Those passes are not included in your stay. Check the center's current hours and access arrangements before planning a visit.

Before you book

The primary renter must be at least 25 and sign the rental agreement before arrival. Children and infants are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Do not smoke or vape inside or within 75 feet of the building.

Cameras monitor the complex's common areas and hallways. There are no cameras inside the condo.

Check in after 4 PM using the smart lock and the instructions in your Digital Boarding Pass. Check out before 10 AM.
