Mail & Deliveries
Please note that on-site mailboxes are not available for guest use. You're welcome to receive Amazon and other packages delivered directly to the door. For other mail, nearby post office boxes are a convenient alternative. Kindly note we are not responsible for lost or missing deliveries.

Ongoing Property Care
To keep everything in tip-top shape, our maintenance team may occasionally visit during your stay to handle minor tasks such as:

Trash removal
Lawn care
Routine upkeep

These brief visits are part of our commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable space for all guests.



Property Access & Parking

🔐 You will have exclusive access to the main house and the backyard.

🚘 Please note that driveway parking is shared with the detached ADU guest, who is rented separately.

🅿️ If you park on the street, please check street signs for cleaning schedules, but no overnight parking.

We have a detached ADU that is rented separately and has a long-term guest.


Our property is conveniently located near the main road, offering easy access to local attractions, shops, and dining options. Please note that while this location provides great accessibility, some light traffic noise may be noticeable at times. We provide cozy indoor spaces to relax, and the convenience of nearby amenities makes this an ideal base for exploring Fullerton and beyond!
