This includes birthday parties (daytime or evening) of any kind. Our neighborhood is quiet, family-friendly, and the homes are close together. Out of respect for our neighbors and to avoid parking impact, no exceptions will be made. Exterior security cameras are in place to monitor for party or event activity.

I am severely allergic to pets and animal dander, so unfortunately, I cannot host any animals. Thank you for understanding.

The home includes a Keurig machine with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea.
The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils.

To ensure the kitchen stays extremely clean for every guest, we do not provide cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, or similar food items. The only seasoning provided is salt and pepper.
