Share a newer, cute, comfortable cottage that is beautifully-furnished, next to a lovely main home in a quiet neighborhood. This is a large lot with a walkway that winds through the property. There are 2 different varieties of orange trees so you can sample the most plentiful crop of this agricultural valley. There are no neighbors behind you; just the river trail.
There is a large main home on this property, as well as this stand-alone cottage. The 3 suites, (bedroom and bathroom), in the main home and the 2 suites (bedroom and bathroom), in the cottage are all leased to travelers.

The cottage has a small kitchen, bar seating, a living room with a TV and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer.

On the left side of the hallway off of the living room is a bedroom and bathroom and another bedroom and bathroom are off of the other side of that hallway.

We also provide high speed internet and all bills. The thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 78 in the winter.

Street parking is available in front of the property.
