Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared. The thermostat range allowed is up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 74 degrees in the summer.

Huge tiled, covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating. Beautiful landscape with mature trees on a large lot in a great neighborhood.

Approximately 15 minutes from Kaweah Delta Healthcare District.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service every 30 days for a fee.
This is a Spanish-style large home in a nice neighborhood. There are three separate suites. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom. The master suite has its own separate entrance. All suites have their own key locks for guest's privacy. This listing is for suite #2, the smallest of the 3. However, there are 4 cabinets in the hall near this suite which are exclusively for the use of this suite.
