Woodlands is our fully licenced (DWE6318206) stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa.

Surrounded by gardens with woodland & wetland to the rear, it sits on an enviable 2 acre plot situated at the end of a small cul de sac.

The private south/west facing pool has a large lanai & extended deck with ample seating. Its your own private Oasis where you can relax & enjoy an abundance of wildlife whist soaking up Florida's sunshine

Tastefully furnished throughout, Woodlands has 2 master beds (king size) with en suites and a 3rd bedroom with a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms have Roku smart TV’s, ceiling fans and plenty of storage space. The main master has doors leading out to the pool deck. The open plan lounge has a 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, a large 70" Roku smart TV, ceiling fan and sliding doors leading out to the pool deck. The open plan Kitchen Diner is fully equipped and has a breakfast table with 4 chairs, a breakfast bar & 3 barstools. The garage has been converted into a second family room with AC, pool table, 3 seater sofa, and large 65" Roku TV.

There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

Access to the conservation & wetland area is also available, but this is subject to a Waiver Liability Form being signed

Guest access is via an electronic door lock

NOTE:-

No pets allowed
No smoking or vaping allowed in or on the property (this includes on the pool deck)
No Charcoal BBQ's allowed

There is no pool heater, so we are unable to offer pool heating at the property

A signed guest 'Waiver of Liability' form is required to be able to access the woodlands, walkway & wetlands.

There are door alarms fitted on all doors leading out to the pool deck.

There are security cameras at the front and side of premises & overlooking the woodland

A completed and signed Booking form is required before any booking is accepted.

Only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa.
