Located on a huge plot, overlooking a lake (fishing allowed), the south facing private pool has a lanai, extended deck, and ample seating where you can enjoy the fabulous views and local wildlife from sunrise to sunset. Trees and large lawn areas surround the villa enabling you to enjoy Florida's glorious sunshine in a private, peaceful and tranquil setting.

'Heron's Rest' is a real home from home tastefully furnished throughout. Complete with Pool Table, Roku TV & ceiling fans in all Bedrooms. Highchair & pack n play for infants.

There is Safe Available for guest use.

Air conditioned and wireless internet throughout.

Access is via electronic lock box on front door

There are door alarms fitted on all doors leading out to the pool deck

Security cameras are fitted at the front and side of premises

A completed & signed booking form is required before any booking is accepted.

Only the guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa

NO Charcoal BBQ's allowed

NO pets allowed

NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the home OR on the pool deck

Heating of the pool is an optional extra and is usually recommended from October until April. There is a pool blanket available to help retain the heat over night

Disney is 12 miles, Universal & Seaworld 20 miles, Orlando Airport 30 miles, and Tampa 65 miles (approximate)

There are several supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, bank, garage, off licence, chemist, dentist, shopping plaza's within a few minutes drive away.
