This private costal Maine beach house (1,220 sq/ft) is just steps to the sand! Spend your mornings surfing the cool waves of Saco Bay and relaxing on the beach — afternoons strolling the pier and amusement park in town — then catch the Thursday night Summer fireworks from your private rooftop deck!

This house comfortably sleeps 6 with two queen beds and a twin bunk bed on the first floor, plus an additional twin day-bed on the 2nd floor loft above the living room.

Cottage vibe on the 1st floor — climb a few stairs to the recent 2nd floor addition that boasts an open floor plan with beach-meets-mountain stylings.

The RANGE Beach House is enabled with high speed wifi internet access, Roku TV with streaming services (account required for subscription based apps) in all rooms, bluetooth speakers, usb phone chargers, touch code door lock for self-checkin and easy entry. Laundry space with washer and dryer is located on the ground floor.

Laptop-friendly tabletop with high-speed internet access (110 mbps) offers up work-from-the-beach telecommuting options, with the best zoom backgrounds ever...

The ocean is just a stone's throw (approx. 250 feet) from the back door. Short walk to restaurants, the pier, amusement park and in-town family fun — yet just far enough away...

Basic essentials are provided - fully equipped kitchen (hello… lobster boil!), some beach implements including folding chairs, cooler, beach toys, sand mats, etc. Outdoor hose/sprayer is available for sand rinse.

Enjoy the grassy backyard with picnic table seating and propane grill (community area - shared with neighboring homes).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Families are very welcome and a number of kid-centric amenities (sand toys, boogie boards, games, etc) are available to you. However, this beach house does contain winding stairways and high places. Please look carefully at the photos and consider if this house is suitable for the age range of group.

The front door is also setup with a nest video doorbell. This is primarily utilized to monitor for deliveries and arrival/departure of contractors at the house. This front door video will likely be remotely switched off during your stay.

Parking is extremely limited in Old Orchard Beach! At present time, there are 2 parking space for 2 normal sized vehicle at The RANGE Beach House.
