Wendwood Condominiums are located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just minutes from the white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf. The community is tucked just off Front Beach Road, offering a quieter setting while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Guests enjoy easy access to beach entrances, grocery stores, family-friendly activities, and popular Panama City Beach spots—all just a short drive away. It’s a convenient and comfortable location for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy the beach without the crowds of large resort areas.

A vehicle is needed to get around. You can expect high congestion on the roads during peak summer months.

Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative option, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.

Property Access: Please note this is a 2nd-floor walk-up condo. There is no elevator available on the property.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises.
Optional Services: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee ($19/hr), subject to availability. Please inquire for details.
Local Wildlife: Please note that our coastal environment is home to small animals and insects. While we have regular professional pest control, you may occasionally see or hear them in or around the house.
