The first level also features a cozy guest suite with an en-suite bath tucked away in the northeast part of the house.

Step outside to discover the covered screen room and a fabulous porch, complete with a built-in spa, circular seating area, outdoor dining, and grilling spaces, all enhanced by fully automatic retractable awnings.

Climb the magnificent spiral staircase to reach a second oasis, featuring two more guest rooms. One room boasts a bedroom with dramatic Gulf and beach views, while the other currently serves as an office and den with a convenient wet bar – the perfect spot to work or relish the Gulf's sunsets and glistening waters. A covered breezeway between the two top-story rooms doubles as an open covered porch with unmatched views. Ascend one more flight to a third-story rooftop deck, providing ample space for relaxation, sunbathing, or simply taking in the sunset.

Island Logistics: To access the island, a ferry ride is required and can be arranged after your booking. Boat dockage is available for rent on the island for an additional fee, and private boat rides to the house can be organized. Please note that overnight docking is not permitted at the property. You can pre-order groceries, which will be prepared for your boat at the local supermarket, or, for a fee, your kitchen can be prestocked for your arrival (details provided after booking). While a small convenience store is available on the island, there are also three restaurants to satisfy your dining desires.
