Why Teri chose Isle of Palms:

IOP is loved by many, so traffic can get pretty crazy on Palm Blvd headed toward Wild Dunes BUT it's not a problem for Station House @ 28th!

Our house is nestled in between the Intercoastal / Morgan Creek and the Ocean, so you don't have to make the LONG trek on Palm Blvd. Just turn left onto 21st Avenue (after the Connector & Harris Teeter on the left) and right onto Waterway Blvd to 28th Avenue and Station House is the last on the left- just before the cul-de-sac.

What makes this house unique:

Having a quiet, cul de sac on IOP is almost unheard of but we have it! It is perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, scooters & skateboards, since you don't have to worry about traffic or a busy street! And we have a Yamaha gas golf cart and easy golf cart paths to take you anywhere on the island you need to go!

Plus, with IOP Rec's tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, yoga, baseball, soccer fields, great children's park and dog park for you to use when you'd like next door, there's something for everyone!
