The space
Immerse yourself in the beauty of country living where horse’s gracefully roam in the pastures. Our Charming farmhouse is a perfect blend of equestrian elegance and rural serenity, offering stunning views of sun-kissed pastures adorned with majestic equines.

The Farmhouse 🌾
This unique one-story farmhouse, rich in charm, features three bedrooms, each bathed in natural light and offering serene views of the horses. The master bedroom boasts a cozy King size bed with direct access to a full bathroom. The second bedroom houses a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a twin daybed. All three bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV’s, Alexa Echo Dot. All linens and towels are provided. The laundry room also is provided with a washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

For your comfort, 🧶 the home is heated and cooled with mini splits units located in the Master room, family room, and the living room. Set the perfect temperature with the touch of a remote button. You’ll also have access to reliable cell service and upgraded Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work remotely without issue during your stay.

Outdoor Space & Amenities 🧗‍♀️
Step outside to enjoy the beauty of the farm life. Relax by the propane fire🔥 pit, grill up a meal on the propane BBQ, or enjoy a glass of wine amongst your loved ones. The Master Bedroom has a private Patio for you to enjoy the luxurious Hot Tub gazing at the stars✨ above. You have access to our streaming devices for an unlimited number of viewing opportunities loaded with entertainment, snuggled up in bed or on the couch.

A Farm Experience Like No Other 🌿
As this is a working farm, you may see the owners tending to the horses 🐴or other farm tasks during the early morning and late afternoons. They live in a separate home, respecting your privacy while also being available for a warm hello or assistance. Riding Lessons 🏇🏻are also available for an additional fee of $65 (waiver required).

Relax & Unwind🧘🏼‍♀️
For some unplugged fun, the family room is stocked with board games, the third room is also stocked with Games and magical fun based around Harry Potter. Head outside for a game of badminton🎾 or for a game of corn hole. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and more. The dining area includes a drop-leaf table. The full bathroom(s) include a sink, toilet, and walk in shower(s).🚿

For your convenience, the farm house is equipped with a washer and dryer for the guests to use. Start your mornings by making your way to the coffee☕️ bar for a cup of Jo, hot cocoa, 🫖tea, or apple cider, then enjoy your time looking out the windows or sitting on the back patio soaking in the beauty and peace of farm life.🌾

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home with in the gated areas.
Please stay with in fenced back yard.

Guests are NOT permitted with in the barn and pastures for your safety!

Please Note:
While our home sleeps a maximum capacity of 5 adults and children combined, we have a Queen air mattress that can accommodate no more than 2 additional adults or children if absolutely necessary. If you’re interested in this option please reach out to us in advance.

There is an enchanted barn on the property with beautiful horses. We ask that you DO NOT ENTER the barn or interact with the horse beyond admiring their natural beauty! Please reach out prior for a guided tour to get up close with the horses.

Service animals are to REMAIN ON LEASH when outside of the home or fenced backyard. If you have a dog that jumps fences or may chase livestock please DO NOT book as we want to avoid risk of injury to horses, and your beloved pets!

We do allow well behaved trained dogs only!
Our pet rules:

No pets on furniture or beds!

Dogs are only permitted in the house and fenced backyard. Please do not leave pets to wander outside these areas!

Keep dog(s) on leash when walking outside the gated areas or down the road.

Your pet must lay/sleep in their crate or on a dog bed that you provide.

Pets are not to be left unattended at any given time, if you leave please take your dog with you!

Please feed & water only in Kitchen area away from carpet! We ask you please Bring your own pet bowls, please DO NOT use Host dishes for your pet.

Please pick up after your dog each time it poos in the back yard or front yard, and Bring your own poo bags.

If pet has an accident inside on carpet please NOTIFY HOST RIGHT AWAY & DO NOT try to clean yourself.

If your dog damages anything PLEASE NOTIFY HOST.
