Newly renovated condo is located just across the street from St. Pete Beach and 1.7 miles from Isla del Sol Beach. This 1-bedroom 1-bath features TV's, cable and Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher and oven. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The unit is fully furnished with adjustable queen bed and queen size sleep sofa. Beach gear for 4 includes chairs, towels, floats and coolers for the fun days on the beach. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This condo located on second floor provides free private parking and private check-in and check-out. Located on the first floor are coin-op/Clean cash app laundry is available. Local favorites include Tropicana Field- 10 miles and The Dali' Museum is 10 miles away.

You can rent a car and not worry about parking, the condo has a private assigned space and visitor spaces available on first come basis. Public Transportation-Pick-up / drop-off just steps away from condo. Full Service has now been expanded to the whole city! Pick-up and drop-off locations can be anywhere from Pass-a-Grille to the Blind Pass bridge. Freebee is a free, door-to-door, on-demand transportation service. Free BEACH RIDE is FREE service and drivers work for TIPS only. Serving Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille, Florida.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposits returned in full within 7 days of check out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund provided if cancellation 60 days prior to check in. 50% refund after the initial period days prior to check in date.
