This newly purchased, owner managed house is loved and cared for! We are obsessed with ensuring you have a trouble free vacation. Recently updated hard flooring (no carpet!) in all the bedrooms, stairs and upstairs!

Located just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, this luxury house is located in Solterra Resort. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.

Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe where you can enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!

Other things to note

While staying at the resort, guests may want to experience all that Orlando has to offer. The property is a 25 minute drive to Disney World and the rest of the surrounding resorts. After experiencing Disney, some other local spots guests may want to check out are Gatorland a 35 minute drive Tolls required or 50 minutes to avoid Tolls, Universal Studios Orlando a 30 minute drive, Legoland a 42 minute drive, and Sea World, 40 minute drive.
