Spacious Ocean Block Condo - just steps to the beach and boardwalk!!

This one level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the largest single level condominium in Mariner's Court and can comfortably sleep up to 8. On site parking for 2 mid sized cars - parked end to end - is included on site. Park your car and walk everywhere - restaurants, Funland, the bandstand, Rehoboth Avenue shopping, etc...

Renters provide their own sheets, towels, and paper/soap products.

Our first floor ocean block condo is perfect for a relaxing week in the summer or a long weekend in the fall. The large 30 ft covered deck can be accessed from either the living room sliders or from the master bedroom slider. This is the largest one level condo in the building with plenty of seating for dining, playing games, socializing or just relaxing after a day at the beach or a walk on the boardwalk. Bring one of your favorite puzzles or work on one of the many puzzles we have accumulated.

Mariner's Court amenities: off street parking for 2 cars, Bellman's carts and an elevator allow for easy unloading and loading your car, bike racks, large pool, and a grilling and picnic area.

For summer and fall: bring a bag of charcoal for a cookout. There are plenty of grassy spots to set up a game of cornhole too! Rinse your sandy chairs and feet in our outside shower before taking a swim in our pool.

We require all guests to sign a personalized agreement to rent the condo and provide a copy of their drivers license to complete the rental process. I will contact you once you have reserved and send you a message asking you for your information so I can create your agreement and email it to you. I'm always available if there are any questions! We have a minimum rental age of 25.

The condo rents weekly (Sunday to Sunday) during the prime summer months. Partial week/mini week rentals are available in the off season. Email to inquire about 3 or 4 day rentals for pre-summer (Memorial Day - mid June) or after Labor Day.

Wifi is included with coverage provided throughout the entire building (pool, picnic tables/grilling area included.)

Parking is end to end for 2 medium sized cars. Entrance clearance for parking garage is 6 ft.
