Located on the second floor of the Mariner's Court complex, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath TH style condo is just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Park your car and walk everywhere - restaurants, Funland, the bandstand, Rehoboth Avenue shopping, etc... On site covered parking for 2 cars. Vehicle clearance is 7 ft for larger SUV's.

Renters provide their own sheets, towels, and paper/soap products.

This ocean block condo is perfect for a relaxing weekend in the summer or a long weekend in the fall. This condo is larger than most and has an over sized living and dining area with a pass-thru open kitchen. The large 20 ft. deck is open / uncovered for maximum sunbathing with views of the ocean.

Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor with a full bath (shower) on this level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs with a full bath/tub combo. Laundry is on the second floor.

Mariners Court amenities: off street parking for 2 cars, Bellman's carts and an elevator allow for easy unloading and loading your car, bike racks, Large community pool, and a grilling and picnic area.

For summer and fall: bring a bag of charcoal for a cookout. There are plenty of grassy spots to set up your cornhole game too! Rinse your sandy toys, chairs and feet in our outside shower before taking a swim in our pool. The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor day 10 am to 6pm.

We require all guests to sign a personalized agreement to rent the townhouse and provide a copy of their drivers license to complete the rental process. If you are a first time renter with us, we require a fully refundable security deposit of $350. I will contact you once you have reserved and send a message asking you for your information so I can create your agreement and will email it to you. I'm always available if there are any questions! We have a minimum rental age of 25.

The condo rents weekly (Sunday to Sunday) for prime summer months. Partial week rentals are available in the off-season. Email to inquire about 3 or 4 day rentals for pre-summer (Memorial Day - mid June) or after Labor Day mini vacation stays.

Wifi is available throughout the building (pool and picnic tables/grilling area included).

2 separate off street parking spaces and are located under the building. Garage clearance entrance is 7 ft.
