Welcome to our sun-drenched duplex! You'll feel right at home with our fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and lightning-fast internet. Our space is perfect for families and groups. We're committed to keeping our home clean and comfortable for your stay. Just a heads up - there are 15 steps up to the main living area, so pack your step counter and leave your elevator shoes at home!

You are looking at our duplex-style house, where Unit A (~1500 sq ft) is on the second floor. You'll have a separate entrance (check out the pics). Bring your family along for the ride, as we're family-friendly. The comfy L-shaped sofa in the large living room is perfect for relaxation, while the kitchen has plenty of counter space. The colorful bedrooms are perfect for the vibrant city. All three bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses for a good night's sleep. Need a customized temperature setting? Air conditioning is provided via split A/C systems in each room.

In your own private garden, relax in the backyard or on the large patio deck with overhead cover. We do not permit parties or events without prior written consent. Dedicated parking space is available, along with additional street parking.

Attractions such as Seward Park (3-minute drive), Columbia City (4-minute drive), Pike Place (17-minute drive), and Alki Beach (18-minute drive) are nearby. Get ready for work from home with very fast internet speed! Entertainment options include a 75-inch Smart TV, Xbox One X with games, and board games.

The home is secured by an electronic key coded system. The code will be sent within 72 hours prior to your arrival.

This townhouse (or duplex style) is located in Hillman City. It's an urban neighborhood in a densely populated metropolitan section of Seattle.

The home is an easy, short commute to downtown (14 mins), the freeway (7 mins), and Lake Washington (2 mins). It is a short 5 min drive to farmer's market in Columbia City and local organic store. There are many great and delicious ethnic restaurants in our neighborhood.

Public bus lines are also nearby and easily accessible as are bike paths and trails. While public transportation is easy in this neighborhood, we recommend using a car to get around. In general, for any dense metro neighborhoods, it is best to exercise standard caution such as avoid walking alone after dark.

Surveillance
To ensure the safety of our property, we have surveillance cameras monitoring the exterior perimeter 24/7. These are located in the front yard, back yard patio, and right side of the house.

Stairs
Please be aware that our home has 15 steps leading up to the living space. If you have heavy luggage or need assistance, just give us a heads up and we'll try to help.

Luggage
We can also arrange for luggage drop-off before check-in, just reach out to us at least 2 days in advance to confirm availability. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friends!


Pets
We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. We also ask that all pets are house broken and not left alone unless crated.
