Step into southern living with a resort style pool consisting of a lazy river and grotto. Enjoy sipping drinks at the pool bar and then play a game of pool inside. Our beautiful home sits back on a private road, minutes away from Tampa entertainment.

Resort style pool with Pool Bar, propane grill, flat screen TV, Ping-Pong table, and 2 Frisbee Golf Sets says it all, but inside there is also a Pool Table, Arcade Machine, 3 Smart TVs with On-demand and Netflix (please do not purchase movies, unless you expect to pay for them), x-box to play games and movies, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a Social Bar. The Social Bar, located off to the left of the living area, is a personal favorite and an excellent place to congregate before an evening out on town!

Over 11,000 sq. feet of pool, house, and garage. The house alone is approx. 4500 sq. feet.

Pool is not heated. Large hot tub is heated.

Spaces that will not be allowed access include; master closet, teenager's room closet, main pantry, office, shoe closet, and 2 out of 3 garages.

We live down a private access road off Marsh Rd. Our friendly neighbors are peaceful and most are equestrians. Please, be respectful to neighborhood pets and our wildlife in the area. We are located between the main artery of Tampa, Dale Mabry, and the Veterans Highway. Within a mile there is a Walgreens, LA Fitness, Home Goods, Publix, and many restaurants/pubs. Our neighborhood pub favorite is Paninis, between Kohls and Publix. TIA is 15-20 minutes away. We are centered 15-25 minute driving distance to some of Tampa's finest shopping such as; Citrus Park Mall, International Mall, Westshore Mall, and Wire Grass. Florida's Clearwater and St. Pete beaches are 30-45 minutes, close. Channelside district, downtown area, and SOHO are 30 minutes, as well!

The pool has an advanced system (waterfalls, jets, hot tub, color wheel lights) and operates by remote only. If you plan to use it, please contact me (host, Jennifer Henry) once you have booked. Directions are by pool remote and in both house binders. Adult use only per pool remote.

Tampering with other components of the pool or pool system is prohibited and may result in additional costs if Pool Tech has to be called out.

The pool had a new heater 2024. The hot tub heats separately to 104 degrees.
