Sintra Center Studio | Garden, Jacuzzi & BBQ - Sintra

In the heart of Sintra historic centre, a garden just for you. Few minutes walking from the most iconic palaces, monuments and gardens. Start with coffee outside, head out to explore, then come home to relax in your jacuzzi. Light the BBQ, have dinner under the garden lights, or lose track of time swinging in the hammock. Inside, bold colours, playful details and a queen-size bed give this cosy studio its own character. A place for one or two to enjoy Sintra, with lovely reasons to stay in.

TINY offers 22 m² in total, INCLUDING its private garden, combining indoor and outdoor areas. Queen bed for two, private bathroom and mini-kitchenette.

SELF CHECK-IN & ACCESS
Both Tiny House entrances use traditional keys. Self check-in includes key collection at our nearby main house before going to your independent studio. Detailed directions and private access instructions are provided before arrival. The replacement check-in video is being prepared.

Your studio, bathroom, mini-kitchenette and garden are private. You are welcome to enjoy the main house’s shared snooker room, patio, music room with piano/violin/guitar, fireplace lounge and library. Other guest bedrooms and private/staff areas are off limits. The Tiny has no internal connection to the main house. Please respect quiet hours, 23:00–07:00.

The Tiny studio, private bathroom, mini-kitchenette and garden are exclusive to your reservation. Access uses traditional keys for BOTH Tiny doors: BLACK key cover = street door no. 5/private garden entrance; PINK key cover = studio entrance. Collect two complete sets from the main-house mailbox following your private arrival instructions and return both sets there at checkout. You are also welcome in the main house’s shared snooker room, patio, music room with piano/violin/guitar, fireplace lounge and library. Please do not enter other guest bedrooms or private/staff areas. The Tiny has no internal connection to the main house.

We are a small family home and are happy to help through the booking platform. Your stay is self check-in. Please message us for assistance, food orders or special requests; requests depend on availability and confirmation.

Both Tiny House doors use traditional keys. Please follow the private key-collection and checkout instructions supplied before your stay. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, never indoors. Children and infants are welcome within the two-guest occupancy limit. Pets are welcome under our house rules. Events require advance host agreement.
