Peaceful Serene setting is enhanced by the Babbling Creek that meanders through the length of the property and along side the Cabin.

Outside you will enjoy the fire pits, Sparkling Hot Tub that is placed under the Stars - along the Creek, and large shady yard. The cabin sits on 25 Acres of Beautiful Mountain Property, and there are Waterfalls that are a short, albeit rough, hike along the Creek.

Inside there is a well appointed, and newly remodeled kitchen, that has everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals at the cabin.

The Grill Master in your group will enjoy the Modern Gas Grill (we provide a full tank of propane).

In the living room are original wood floors, comfortable living room furniture, and a large flat screen TV. The Focal point in the Cozy Living-room is the Massive Native Stone (Wood burning) Fireplace.

Upstairs is another bathroom, large bedroom with a King bed that is so comfortable, Guests don't want to go home, and a loft space that offers a twin day bed and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The cabin will sleep up to 4 Guests.

This Prime location is very Private all year round, but isn't completely Secluded in the Winter (when all the trees have dropped their leaves, from the front of the cabin, you may see over the top/back side of a neighboring property that is past the parking area and across the field).

You will be close to area restaurants, shopping, dining, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Cherokee, and Harrah's Casino. Within 10-15 minutes you can be in either Cherokee or Bryson City.

Staying at this property which gleams with pride of ownership, and an owner that cares and regularly updates to keep things fresh, is a Joy! The Property Owner is consistently updating and making upgrades to the Cabin. Since 2017 - the carpeting upstairs was replaced, the kitchen has been completely remodeled with upgraded counter tops, appliances and a new dishwasher. Most recently (in 2019) she installed a new "Mini-Split" unit for Central Heat and A/C.

A few minutes up the road is 'Coopers Creek Trout Pond' which makes catching your dinner very easy and fun! At Coopers Creek Trout Farm, you will find access to 7-10 miles of hiking trails that are part of the Great Smoky Mountains! You can walk there from the cabin, or drive there, park your car, and explore the hiking trails!

Within 15-20 minutes to the west, you can be tubing at Deep Creek (also beautiful waterfall hiking trails and a lovely picnic area), dining or shopping in Bryson City. A little farther and west of Bryson City is the Tsali for Hiking or Mountain Biking, Lake Fontana, The Nantahala Gorge (the N.O.C. with Whitewater Rafting, Kayaking, Zip Lining, and more). About the same distance to the east is Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Casino, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

... If you would like to enjoy a Spa Massage Service at the Cabin, it is a good idea to book in advance to assure availability. Your Professional Massage Therapist will come to you, so when you are done, they quietly disappear and leave you to relax!

... If your vacation dates are during 'Season' or Holidays and you plan to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, it may be a good idea to reserve in advance! Lake Fontana is primarily National Forest, Smoky Mountains, and Federally owned, so the Lake is never 'Busy', but the few available rental boats do get booked up.

IMPORTANT CLEANING INFORMATION: We do our best to make Environmentally Friendly choices whenever possible. This does not include Cleaning Products. All Natural “Green” Cleaning products are not successful against todays Germs and Viruses.

At SFNCVR, we do and always have used EPA Regulated Cleaning Products. Our Cleaning Procedures go above The CDC Guidelines and do include the use of sanitation cycles and procedures, disinfecting/cleaning products used in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Mattresses, and all surfaces, handles, door knobs, remote controllers, high touch areas, etc…

OUR PET POLICY:

Our Pet acceptance varies, and is based on the amount of space for our 4 legged Guests to enjoy (inside the Cabin as well as the amount of space outdoors). To give you a basic idea, our most common Pet Acceptance Guidelines would be: Up to 2 Pets that are each 40 pounds or less, and He/She may be larger if there is just 1 Pet. Pet Rent is a total of $70.00 per reservation.

When a pet has been a Guest, special cleaning procedures are performed and specific products are used. Our goal is to make sure no one can tell that there has been a pet on the premises. Please call or email us to ask about our pet policies as they relate to your request.
