Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, a perfectly located, local family owned and operated oceanfront duplex in the heart of Surf City, NC. These two side-by-side homes—Side A and Side B—are perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or multi-family trips where everyone wants space and togetherness.
Enjoy sweeping ocean views, direct beach access, and all the comforts of home—just steps from the sand. This is our family’s favorite place and we know it will be yours for years to come!
