Welcome to Serenity by the Sea, a perfectly located, local family owned and operated oceanfront duplex in the heart of Surf City, NC. These two side-by-side homes—Side A and Side B—are perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or multi-family trips where everyone wants space and togetherness.
