We offer monthly discounted rentals November to April if dates are available to traveling professionals with monthly rates from $1300-$1500 per month all inclusive.

Sea Side Hideaway is right in the middle of a neighborhood of private million-dollar homes and hotels.
Our unit is located at the south end of the building, one of just 10 units that face south, giving you that afternoon sun! Very Private Balcony.
We are on the 2nd floor (no one beneath you). Open the door to a large, CLEAN studio efficiency complete with a kitchenette. (no stove top, range, dishwasher). Just enough to make a quick breakfast or lunch and enjoy it on the large PRIVATE balcony.
Look to the east to get a glimpse of the sparkling Atlantic, look to the west for a golden marsh view. Between your balcony and the multimillion-dollar LA vibe home is a small stream. If you are lucky, you may even see our neighborhood egrets or catch a glimpse of the setting sun.
Your balcony does not look back on any other balconies at the hotel. Keep all the noises from the pool area away, while still being only steps away from the pool/hot tub and BBQ area.
Most importantly, you will find updated and CLEAN accommodations as you will see from the owner's other reviews. This is a recently purchased property and it is now her one and only to take care of for your visit.

We rent to only TWO Guests max. Ages 23+.
NO PETS OF ANY TYPE.
NO SMOKING of any type inside the condo or out on the balcony. Our unit is totally smoke-free.
Public beach access is located at both 67th and 69th Street. Short 3-minute walk to the sand and water.
Free Parking in the Lot adjoining our building. All ground level, no parking garage to maneuver.

Why pay oceanfront pricing when the beach is just across the street?
We do ask that guests please pick up and clean up any messes they make.
Sorry, St. Johns DOES NOT allow MOTORCYCLES or Trailers on the property.
Guest access
Guests will be text a four digit door code on day of arrival when condo is available to check in. Regular check in time is 4pm. If condo is available earlier we will be happy to text you at that time and then you will be able to check in a little earlier.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING of any type inside or out on our balcony.
$350 fine will be charged for any signs of smoke of any type.
NO PETS per HOA of any type. You will be charged a $350 fine, plus be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no refunds if found having any type of pet on the premises.
Two guests only age 23+
You will be asked to vacate with no refunds if you are found to have more than two people.
We do have a ring peephole on the entry door going into the condo.
