Upgraded bright and open sunny beach home is steps away from the Atlantic ocean and only a 4-5 blocks from the famous Oceanfront Carolina Beach boardwalk.

Walk into a medium sized foyer outfitted with beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles, a bench and a spot for your keys. Walk upstairs to the main level where you're greeted by a large sized kitchen with standard appliances, pantry, dinnerware, and more. There's a bathroom with stand-up shower downstairs. On the main level there is the bright and open living space where you have a dining table, large sectional couch, 55" smart TV, and soundbar. From here you can open the french doors to walk outside and smell the salty air! The oversized deck is comfortable for the entire family to talk, laugh, and have fun. Heading back inside and making your way to the third floor you will find a bedroom at the top of the stairs, fitted with a queen bed, a desk, luggage rack and smart tv. Heading down the hallway you find the final two bedrooms, including a bunkbed with full/full matresses and a bedroom with a queen bed, open closet and smart tv. Finishing the top floor you have a small laundry area and a full bathroom with tub.

- Pet friendly: A maximum of 2 medium dogs are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. Please ask about the pet policy!

- The pool is open from May 1 - October 15. (approximately, weather dependent) The pool is closed when it is dark outside (there are no lights in the pool or pool area) - this is per the health department.

- Parking: 2 vehicles only, passes provided (parking nearby for additional vehicles, feel free to ask).

As noted in the guest safety features section, there is a single camera OUTSIDE in the carport monitoring the driveway only. It is not actively monitored, but video is stored and used as reference if needed.

MINUT has been added to monitor for smoking, large crowds, and excessive noise. This device does NOT have a camera.
