The kitchen has views of the water and features new stainless steel appliances just recently installed including double ovens, a cooktop, ice maker, wine cooler, dishwasher and fridge. The home has large windows throughout, providing for lots of light and beautiful views. The large and open concept kitchen and living room with vaulted ceiling are perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The bay view from both is exceptional. A large 2nd floor covered balcony with unending views of the bay, spans the entire width of the home and a second balcony facing the front of the home overlooks mature trees and a garden. A second smaller lounge/ living room with tv and built in cabinetry is positioned downstairs and can be used to entertain kids while adults prepare meals or watch tv upstairs.

Pets are welcome! Please, however, let us know what kind of pets and the number of pets that will be staying at the home, prior to booking. We allow up to 2 pets. There is a $150/pet fee that is charged and applied post booking. This fee is not a daily charge. It covers your entire stay.

Please do not allow your pets on the furniture or bedding. We are pet owners ourselves and love them, but out of respect for other guests that are allergic to pet dander, we ask that you please have them stay off the furniture. In addition to the issue of allergies, it’s easy for pets to scratch furniture, often inadvertently, and that leaves neither of us - either us as hosts, or you as guests - in a position we want to be in.
