Sea Rest is nestled in the trees on a 3/4 acre lot with decks on all sides of the home, including a covered front porch. There are multiple places to relax and listen to the ocean waves with porch seating, hot tub, 2 double swings and a double hammock. For your convenience there is a path that takes you to the beach, just a short 4 minute walk to the beach access!

This home is in Southern Shores, which is a quiet residential area with uncrowded beaches and easy access to the town of Duck or into Kitty Hawk for groceries and restaurants.

This Southern Shores neighborhood is in the perfect spot for a bike ride to the town of Duck or to a few restaurants in Southern Shores. You can easily walk (via a path) straight to the beach. You'll want to drive or Uber to anywhere further than Duck or Southern Shores. We provide 2 bikes and there is a bike/ocean equipment rental shop in Duck (DVO, Duck Village Outfitters).
